A few years ago, I found myself burnt out, inflamed, and stuck in a cycle that didn’t feel aligned — physically or emotionally. I was diagnosed with PCOS, struggling with weight, low energy, and hormonal chaos that made me feel like a stranger in my own body. I wanted to feel alive again — not just to look better, but to get my spark back.
That’s when I discovered peptide therapy and functional medicine, and everything changed. I dove deep into learning how the body communicates at a cellular level — and how to actually support it. With the right blend of peptides, lifestyle shifts, and mindset work, I’ve lost over 125 pounds, come off medications, and built a longevity lifestyle that I truly love.
Now, I’m here to help you do the same.

When I’m not researching peptides or biohacking experiments, I’m creating content that helps others understand them.
As a content creator and educator, I’ve built a platform that blends science, storytelling, and real-life results. My goal? To make complex topics like peptides, GLP-1s, and cellular health approachable — and a little fun.
Through my Talk Peppy to Me podcast, blog, and community, I share the tools, stacks, and mindset shifts that support longevity from the inside out. Whether it’s breaking down the difference between natural and synthetic peptides or exploring what “aging well” really means, I want my audience to feel informed, empowered, and seen.
This isn’t about perfection — it’s about progress, curiosity, and giving your body the support it deserves.
What’s Next
I’m currently working toward my Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach certification (beginning September 2025). Once complete, I’ll be offering personalized coaching programs focused on hormones, metabolism, and longevity — designed to help you feel better, look better, and live better.
